🌟 The Role:
As Senior Business Insight Analyst, you will be developing cutting-edge insight to explain performance and opportunities. You will use your technical experience to deliver the data and actionable insight, and your exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive change, manage expectations, and engage senior stakeholders.
🌟 What will you do?
- Delivering automated processes to report regularly on performance and using this reporting to provide insights and proposals to the business on activity.
- Delivering robust data and processes to support accurate, timely planning and forecasting on annual, monthly, and ad hoc cycles.
- Work closely with the product team to translate insights into actionable product enhancements and features.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and validate solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Support the testing and validation of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Using Tableau to make data and insight visible and interactive to stakeholders around the business.
- Ensuring a consistent approach to insight across all Group brands.

- Exceptional level of numeracy and data literacy.
- Exceptional Excel skills..
- Ability to scope and deliver automation of reporting from a variety of platforms.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical staff to understand requirements and propose solutions.
- Experience engaging with, and challenging, senior stakeholders, and demonstrable ability to tailor communication style to suit a senior audience.
- Proactive mindset – ability to provide advice and insight to colleagues before they know they need it.
- Communication skills – ability to explain complex concepts in a straightforward way.
- Demonstrable experience of paying attention to detail and putting processes in place to check work and minimise errors.
- Thrive when working at pace, dealing with change and rapidly reprioritising.
- Highly organised – able to keep on top of multiple simultaneous projects.
🌟 Bonus skills you may pack in your suitcase:
- Experience within the insurance industry (if you’ve worked in travel, even better!) or similar sector experience, although an eagerness to improve your knowledge of our industry will bode well
- Experience working with Tableau or a similar analysis & visualization tool to produce engaging, interactive insight.
- SQL skills are a bonus, but not a requirement.
- An understanding of Google Analytics 4 and how it differs from Universal Analytics.
