🌟 Summary of role

The Transformation Delivery Lead - Core Brands Delivery for Staysure and Avanti will be responsible for translating commercial priorities into a structured portfolio of initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and renewal. Reporting to the Group Head of Core Brands, this individual will work closely with key trading stakeholders across the Staysure Group to shape and execute a delivery roadmap that turns commercial hypotheses into tangible business outcomes.

This role requires strong commercial acumen and a delivery-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and execution, ensuring initiatives are successfully taken from idea through discovery, design, and delivery.

🌟 Trading Delivery (Working with the Commercial side of the business)

• Understanding – help the team to understand the challenges the budget set’s out by having an indepth understanding any trading gaps.

• Planning – Work with the H/O & Trading team to create a clear plan to deliver the in year trading targets & help to drive consensus on prioritisation and ensure the plan is simple, clear & deliverable.

• Project Management – Ensure each deliverable by workstream e.g. Product / Marketing / Pricing has a clear path to success and the KPIs that align to the budget including granular key milestones, owners, business rationale, dependencies etc so we can track delivery, and step into help when needed.

• Risk / Mitigiation: Work with the H/O to identify gaps and risks and mitigation plans alongside the Daily Delivery Group.

• Results: Track results with finance & have deep understanding of the budget along with the rest of the trading team. This will be WoW / MoM and YoY + V’s budget to understand delta’s that need to be understood and wound back into the trading plan.

• Information: Co-ordinate trading meetings to ensure all information is in place for good conversations and that team members are supported to deliver.

🌟 Delivery & Execution Excellence (Working with Product)

• Process: Work with the product team to have active conversations around scope, benefits & KPI’s well in advance of work starting. Drive initiatives from idea through discovery, design, and delivery, ensuring they are effectively executed and deliver on expected outcomes.

• Support Decision Making: Help the team to understand the overall business challenges and their role to help solve both trading and transformation plans and to drive active decision making e.g. definition of done, next backlog items.

• Reporting: Help the team report back progress & timings to be shared with the wider business. Ensure initiatives are measurable, with clear KPIs and tracking mechanisms in place to assess success and ROI.

• Tracking & monitoring: Help the team to simplify tracking success including use of Optimizely.

• Blocker removal: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, ensuring timely resolution and course correction where necessary.
