🌟 The Role:
We're on the lookout for a Head of Customer Relationship Management on a 12 month FTC to lead the charge in shaping and delivering our customer engagement strategy across the full lifecycle — from acquisition through to retention and reactivation. You’ll lead a talented cross-functional team and ensure our CRM programmes are not only effective, but efficient, scalable, and industry-leading.
This is a high-impact, senior leadership role where you’ll collaborate across the business to ensure our CRM approach delivers exceptional experiences and tangible results.
🌟 What will you do?
- Own and evolve the end-to-end CRM strategy across acquisition, in-life, renewals, and reactivation, including Email, SMS, and Direct Mail.
- Manage and inspire a growing team of Contact Strategy Managers, Direct Mail experts, and our Salesforce operations team.
- Lead process innovation, bringing AI and automation into our CRM workflows to boost performance and reduce manual effort.
- Use customer data and behavioural insights to shape strategy and optimise campaigns.
- Define KPIs, lead weekly performance updates, and report channel impact to senior leadership.
- Align CRM strategies with broader business goals through collaboration with marketing, sales, BI, and customer service teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across campaign briefing, targeting, reporting, and analysis.
🌟 Essentials:
- Proven experience leading CRM at a senior level, ideally in a B2C environment.
- Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, Emarsys).
- Strong leadership and coaching experience – with the ability to manage both onshore and offshore teams.
- Data-savvy: able to interpret behavioural data to inform segmentation, journeys, and targeting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Passionate about delivering brilliant customer experiences that drive loyalty and advocacy

- Experience within the insurance industry (if you’ve worked in travel, even better!) or similar sector experience, although an eagerness to improve your knowledge of our industry will bode well.
