🌟 The Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Lead Insurance Proposition Manager to take ownership of our insurance product suite and drive its success across the full product lifecycle.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape product strategy, enhance customer value, and ensure our offerings remain competitive in a fast-moving market. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams, influence senior stakeholders, and play a key role in delivering innovative, customer-focused insurance solutions.
🌟 What will you do?
Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, using performance data, customer insights, and market trends
Own and deliver the product vision across partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Translate strategy into actionable product backlogs, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, refine requirements, and remove delivery bottlenecks
Lead product planning sessions to align on priorities and outcomes
Drive continuous product improvement, identifying monetisation opportunities and cross-product synergies
Gather and analyse market intelligence to inform product development and innovation
Produce high-quality business and process documentation
Work closely with partners, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver compliant and customer-focused products
Support the creation of customer documentation, policy wordings, and digital content
Partner with Design and Marketing teams on product collateral
Support the rollout and adoption of new digital capabilities
Ensure strong governance around conduct risk, fair value, and customer outcomes
Act as the go-to expert for product knowledge, competitor insights, and market developments
Support product launches and updates, including third-party integrations (e.g. price comparison sites)
Define and oversee testing, validation, and change management strategies
Drive continuous improvement with Development teams

Proven experience managing multiple products and cross-functional teams
Strong product management and development background
Experience in dependency management across teams and priorities
Confident senior stakeholder management skills
Solid project management capability, including risk and issue management
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Experience within the insurance or travel industry
Familiarity with Adobe tools, particularly InDesign
