🌟 The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Lead Insurance Proposition Manager to take ownership of our insurance product suite and drive its success across the full product lifecycle.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll shape product strategy, enhance customer value, and ensure our offerings remain competitive in a fast-moving market. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams, influence senior stakeholders, and play a key role in delivering innovative, customer-focused insurance solutions.

🌟 What will you do?

• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, using performance data, customer insights, and market trends

• Own and deliver the product vision across partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Translate strategy into actionable product backlogs, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, refine requirements, and remove delivery bottlenecks

• Lead product planning sessions to align on priorities and outcomes

• Drive continuous product improvement, identifying monetisation opportunities and cross-product synergies

• Gather and analyse market intelligence to inform product development and innovation

• Produce high-quality business and process documentation

• Work closely with partners, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver compliant and customer-focused products

• Support the creation of customer documentation, policy wordings, and digital content

• Partner with Design and Marketing teams on product collateral

• Support the rollout and adoption of new digital capabilities

• Ensure strong governance around conduct risk, fair value, and customer outcomes

• Act as the go-to expert for product knowledge, competitor insights, and market developments

• Support product launches and updates, including third-party integrations (e.g. price comparison sites)

• Define and oversee testing, validation, and change management strategies

• Drive continuous improvement with Development teams

• Proven experience managing multiple products and cross-functional teams

• Strong product management and development background

• Experience in dependency management across teams and priorities

• Confident senior stakeholder management skills

• Solid project management capability, including risk and issue management

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
